University is really good, teachers are quite competent but depends your program and department. Unibo has different locations other than bologna so check it out before if you are sacred to live in small towns.Regional scholarships are a great plus. Official processes can sometimes he slow.

In general the program was pretty good and I believe was useful to my future endeavors. The strongest points were their heaving leaning towards research which I thoroughly enjoyed. The classes were practical and served their purpose at most. I enjoyed the fact that the program had a mobility period that students were required to attend, since it helped develop and grow students both personally and professionally. In addition, since it’s an international program it exposes you to different cultures, something highly valuable. However there are lots of things the program can improve. While it is an english taught program, the professors struggle with their possession of english which was hard to follow at times. The program prides itself in being divided and offering both research and practice, however I do believe there is an over-reliance on the former. The University does not offer much regarding social life; any event or gathering related to students’ social lives is solely carried out by students which can be a difficult thing to navigate as a newcomer. Additionally, there is a lot of bureaucratic procedures that students tend to deal with, often met with little guidance on how to power through them. Regarding exams and lectures, I did feel as though they tend to follow this line of focusing on memorization and less on critical thinking and mastering of the topics, especially considering that professors tend to quiz their students on memorized topics that are shared during lectures.
In general though, I do recommend the course and I believe its a great opportunity to learn and grow for those interested in the field.

I would have liked better organization in the way the program is structured and delivered, but very much enjoyed the international environment. Also, the buildings should be mantained in better conditions

The university offered everything the students needed, from communal spaces to work and study together, to support from professors and the staff. Even though the buildings are not always the most modern, every service that you need is available
