Bologna is an amazing city with a booming student population. This has merits and demerits as well. For merits, the city is always very happening and events are scheduled year round. Its very close to industrial areas so a lot of employment opportunities as well. Demerits are that this results in housing crisis and public transport delays.
Overall the program was very well devised and professors are some of the best in industry and it all ended out well for me as i then got job in Austria.
I’d highly recommend this place to everyone for pursuing higher education.

Without a doubt, go for it. This is one of the best universities to study agriculture in europe. The course program and curriculum is very well thought and trains you for every aspect in this field. The city is also good but not very safe nowadays. Everything else works out well and the options for PhD are also very clearly explained by the professors. Faculty is situated outside the city which kinda makes sense and the campus is also amazing with modern infrastructure.
