My journey at Manipal Academy of Higher Education has been good and bad On one hand, the university boasts a beautiful campus and a plethora of resources, from libraries to labs. The international exposure through exchange programs is a standout feature, and I’ve met friends from all over the world, enriching my cultural perspective. The university’s commitment to extracurricular activities is commendable, with various clubs catering to different interests. On the flip side, I’ve faced challenges with the curriculum’s rigidity. There’s a lack of flexibility in choosing electives, which can be limiting for those with specific interests. Additionally, the tuition fees are on the higher side, making it a financial strain for some students. The social scene can be cliquish at times, making it hard for newcomers to integrate. While I appreciate the academic opportunities here, I believe there’s room for improvement in terms of inclusivity and financial support.
