My journey at the University of Allahabad
Established in 1887, this institution is among the oldest modern universities in India and has been ranked #1916 in the Best Global Universities by US News. During my college years, the campus was exceptionally well-kept, featuring a central library, a canteen, and five spacious grounds ideal for leisurely strolls. The faculty remains highly qualified, and the university is recognized for its achievements in disciplines such as Political Science, English Literature, Arts, and Economics.
Allahabad University has an outstanding placement record, with nearly 100% placement rates for B.Com, MBA, and LL.B. students. A variety of companies, including Aditya Birla, Oppo, RK, Philips, Microsoft, and Dell, actively recruit from the campus. Furthermore, the university offers a wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking facilities.
