Debrecen University has a straightforward and efficient admissions process. The university’s admissions team is helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable about the application requirements and procedures. They provide clear guidance and support throughout the application process, making it easier for prospective students to navigate the sometimes complex requirements for admission to their desired programs. The university offers resources such as career counseling, internship opportunities, and workshops that help students explore their career options and develop essential skills for the job market. The academic advisors are also readily available and provide valuable support to students, ensuring they’re on track with their studies and meeting their academic goals. However, depending on my experiences as a student here, Debrecen University could further enhance its international student support services, such as providing more assistance with visa applications, accommodation options, and cultural adaptation. Additionally, the university could strengthen its alumni network and career placement services to better connect graduates with relevant career opportunities. Nonetheless, I recommend it to prospective students.

The university offers a plethora of courses for this specified faculty, which even interweave within those of the medical sector. I have experienced the teachers’ excellency during the lectures and other smaller classes we call seminars to discuss what was talked about in lectures. It provides excellent practical opportunities that helps you acquire the technicalities. Also, emphasises partaking in sports for your health. However, I think the teachers get too strict because some of the content not needed by the dental students causes a lot of problems when you are required to know everything despite having specialised in the dental course. The tuition is not joke at 17,500 EUR per academic year for 5 years. So, I can recommend it.

The teachers are helpful. There were a lot of programs for the students. Exams are difficult but can be done. We learned a lot of useful things. It’s in a nice environment with new, modern buildings, many trees, and close to nature. There are also fine restaurants.

It was a quality five-year training, specifically practice-oriented, which is extremely important in your dental education. After graduation, we were able to work completely independently. The general medical training was of a very high standard. Perhaps not all dental specialities were adequately represented /Pl.Orthology/.I was able to participate in a variety of programs in the college, I knew many / almost all / of my classmates. the university was not as international at the time as it is now with many foreign students and English language courses, but we had foreign classmates studying Hungarian.
