A small community yet so big, giant building, neatly paved roads, green environment and so many people moving around but with what purpose. It was a beautiful feeling.
So, what changed?
living alone on your own, making your life decisions is what rang the loudest bells.
Having the ultimate freedom and that right environment and peers to make the reasonable choices and the opportunity to grow and learn from the bad choices too.
My 1st year missing college orientation to hangout and actually make friends then to my 1st lectures with Prof. Ing, John Ayeh and Dr. Ballard who made me interested and excited about my program. The early morning walks to lectures with course mates and other peers through the heavy green park between the Queens Hall Independance Hall and Republic Hall.
Life felt full and just right, but then the assignments and group study works and all the other activities (i.e. the hall week celebrations, SRC week celebrations etc.). Not forgetting the numerous training and educational forums.
What a community it was indeed.
