First, tutors establish rapport with students and it’s been instrumental in fostering a supportive and inclusive online learning community. By providing personalized support, Lecturers facilitate virtual office hours, and implement strategies to promote self-directed learning for students. Lecturers have helped students overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals in the online setting.
I am particularly impressed by KNUST IDL commitment to innovation and excellence in distance learning, as evidenced by their Accra based Center with diverse programmes spanning from graduate level to post graduate programmes. I was eager to leverage my skills and experiences to enhance the quality and accessibility of online education as a working professional.
