the university is located in a city where the foreign office makes the life so difficult for people that a visit to the auslandersamt is all they think about, almost all my classmates left the university after the harassment by the auslandersamt(foreign office) however race has nothing to do it as a few of my white American friends also had to drop out of their studies due to the harassment. Irrespective of how good the studies are or how beautiful the city is, it doesn’t matter when the foreign office destroys your career. A good scenery won’t bring back years you wasted.
