This university provides high-quality education in the Humanities (specializing in Psychology). Despite sometimes outdated working conditions (the lecture halls in Metz), the teachers are reliable and approachable, and their courses are both precise and engaging.

What I like here is the diversity of the programs offered, especially in science and engineering. The professors are approachable and encourage interaction during classes, which makes the discussions very dynamic. The many group projects are also a great way to acquire practical skills. The Nancy campus is well served by public transport, but the housing crisis is a real challenge. Finding an affordable room is complicated, especially for international students arriving for the first time. The city is pleasant to live in with a lively student life, in particular thanks to the many associations and cultural events organized. However, the impact of the recent strikes has disrupted classes and exams, creating some uncertainty in academic planning.

I’ve found Université de Lorraine to provide an exceptional academic experience. The programs are outstanding, and the faculty is incredibly supportive. The campus is lively, with a variety of extracurricular activities. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for both personal and academic growth.
