The programme is very labour intensive, but this is not to be seen as a disadvantage as the course itself is very hard. What I like about my degree is that I can make my own timetable since all my classes are pre-uploaded online and therefore I am free to do the subjects I have as I want. One drawback of the course is that the professors are not the most responsive so a question takes days to be answered, or even more if there are many of them on the forum. The way it is formed is that you touch upon each area of French law into the degree and also extend to other disciplines such as politics, economics, and international relations and therefore you get a more global understanding of how the law works and the areas it touches. The course also provides support with applying to internships or jobs and gives you all the guidance to do so. The professors try to make the course as interesting as possible, however, there are some that have a very traditionalist approach and thus make you write extensively a big amount of information that you have to learn in a short amount of time. Overall, the degree is good, it just requires hard work and patience.
