It was a huge but positive contrast compared to my previous experience during my bachelor’s. The engineering school I did my masters in (École nationale supérieure de l’énergie, l’eau et l’environnement), had up to date programs with practicals and projects relevant to today’s world. They always adapted the program to stay relevant and didn’t have the same redundant subjects. It was an international program so they included French classes in the curriculum which made it easier for us to integrate. It is also located in a serene city with rich history and surrounded by the most beautiful mountains.

Everything added up
