The Grande Ecole Master in Management and the Bachelor Business Developer are both approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and have the international EPAS accreditation by the EFMD. Since 2017, ESC Pau BS has been developing an original pedagogical concept, called For Tomorrowers®, based on experimentation and coach learning. Through this concept, graduates will be able to anticipate changes, constantly adapt to social and economic mutations and solve complex problems using creativity, while focusing on the circular economy.

• Bachelor Business Developer, which validates a 3-year higher education diploma
• Grande Ecole Master in Management, which validates a 5-year higher education diploma – including specializations taught in English such as International Finance, French Marketing Excellence and Global Sustainable Strategies
• Other Masters proposed by the Grande Ecole Master in Management: MSc and MBA. Fully taught in English programmes are the MBA in International Finance, MBA in Sustainable Global Strategies, MBA in French Marketing Excellence and the Master in Management.

To detect its talents, ESC PAU BS has set up a selection test called For Tomorrowers® which is carried out remotely and includes a motivational interview.
