at Tampere University - TUNI

Tampere University of Technology is located in Hervanta, about 7 kilometers from the city center of Tampere. Hervanta is a great place for a student since it’s a cheap area to live in and everything necessary is found nearby. TUT has quite a modern campus since the university is still pretty young. All the buildings on the campus are found within 100 meters and they are connected with tubes so you are able to access all the buildings easily. Best feature in TUT is the student community and all the events and activities guilds and clubs provide during the year. There is also great facilities for doing sports and of course they are affordable for students.
