In Tampere, all student housing is managed by TOAS, and it’s both affordable and convenient. While it might not be located right in the city center, the locations are still pretty decent. The most central option for exchange students is Läpinkääri, which resembles a residence hall. Many people really enjoy it, although the rooms are quite small, even though the area itself is lovely.
