I have had a positive experience at Tampere University. The courses are generally well organized and many teachers are approachable and very willing to help. Hervanta campus is modern and has good facilities for studying.

However, you need to be quite independent. Information about administrative matters is sometimes scattered, and it can take time to understand how things work. Campus life can also feel quiet, especially for international students.

Overall, I would recommend Tampere University, particularly for students who value flexibility and are comfortable taking responsibility for their own studies.
