I really like SeAMK especially because of the premises it has. There are modern and colourful design in the classrooms and common areas and it motivates a LOT. Teachers are also super nice and you will never feel uncomfortable to ask help from them. SeAMK has very innovative ways to teach students and the fact that teaching is quite practical is amazing.

Although the school is located in a small community, school attendance, education and events are varied. I would definitely recommend the school to others. For myself, going to school at SeAMK has been very diverse.

What can I say about this university? It changed my life. Here I became the person I always wanted to be. I’m active, social, friendly and open. This is the place where you meet people from other countries and get to know cultural differences. It feels like home. So you won’t be disappointed!

So far it’s been an amazing experience for me! I could never expect to have the opportunity to work in this great atmosphere and meet so many different people! Knowing that everyone comes from a different background and each one has a different story to tell made me feel more curious and excited. The university it self is very good because it provides to the students a good atmosphere of group work! The teachers and the tutors are the coolest people, specialty from the International business course!!

I like how we can interact with other cultures and how there is a lot of events for us to participate in. I love the building and the planning of the whole school area. I appreciate all the possibilities we are given to work in an university environment.

Seinäjoki UAS is a small university in a small rural “city” in western Finland. Thanks to the small size of it, the power distance between the teachers and students is very small. I can’t think of any staff member in the school who I wouldn’t be able to talk honestly, directly and by their first name. This does go for most Finnish universities, but due to this one being rather small even in Finnish scale the teachers usually also remember most students. The education is great. We’ve won “better” universities in business case competitions and regularly stay pretty high up in the student satisfaction studies inside Finland.

I love the fact that the uni is quite small but still quite big at the same time. All teachers know you by name and teaching is really good. Our uni is very international and has an entrepreneurial spirit and teaches us to be entrepreneurs. We have a good variety of courses to choose and the campus is very modern. We have great student associations that arrange the best student parties.
