A fine institution with lots of admiration
But abit old without alot of improvement
Some facilities are really old
And you would find yourself being taught in arabic even for english centered courses making it unideal if you have little or no experience with the arabic language

Cairo University offers a vibrant academic environment with a rich history. I particularly liked the extensive library facilities and the diverse student body, which fostered interesting discussions. However, some administrative processes could be more streamlined. Overall, I would recommend it, especially for students seeking a well-rounded educational experience in a dynamic city.

The social experience and campus are diverse and rich in culture and different backgrounds. However, the buildings and computers are below average, so don’t set high expectations for those.

I loved my university campus; most of the activities were great. Everyone was helpful and organized, with a lot to teach and inspire. However, I felt a gap between me and my professors when it came to academics. I struggled to communicate and understand in a steady flow or with ease.

i studied computer sciences in Cairo university and graduated in 2022. all in all the experience was what you see is what you get. the equipment is old but the professors are very knowledgeable, but for a public university, its good

The university in general is very, very beautiful, but the lecturers are very, very strict in dealing with you and they put you under terrible pressure throughout the semester and the treatment is very bad.

I liked it because I am so interested in programming so it was the best choice for me.
It’s hard sometimes to finish the projectes before deadline and that but Iam trying to keep up with it. Also not all doctors can teach well so you must do self study.

A prestigious university where I studied physics, sports, programming and graphics, so I seek to develop more, gain new experiences and skills, interact with different cultures and improve the language.
