    One of the biggest issues I experienced at Ahram Canadian University was the lack of transparency and fairness in evaluation. As a student, you are expected to follow rules, deadlines, and requirements, yet those same standards often feel unclear or inconsistently applied when it comes to grading and academic decisions.
    In many courses, grading criteria were vague from the beginning. You submit assignments, take quizzes or exams, and then receive grades without clear explanations or feedback. When questions are raised, the answers are often unclear, delayed, or dismissed altogether. This creates a constant sense of uncertainty and stress, because students never truly understand where they stand academically.
    What makes this worse is the absence of a reliable system for addressing complaints or academic concerns. Even when students have valid reasons to question a grade or procedure, the process feels exhausting and discouraging. Instead of transparency and accountability, students often face silence, shifting responsibilities, or being sent from one office to another without real solutions.
    Over time, this environment damages trust. Education should be based on clarity, fairness, and mutual respect. When students feel that their academic progress depends on unclear systems rather than effort and performance, motivation naturally declines.
    A university is supposed to be a place where students feel secure about how they are evaluated and confident that their work is judged fairly. Unfortunately, my experience here left me feeling uncertain, anxious, and unsupported. Prospective students should be aware of this reality before committing their time, money, and future.

    What frustrates me most about Ahram Canadian University is not just that it feels outdated, but that it actively works against progress. In a world where AI is becoming a core part of almost every industry, especially business and marketing, this university behaves as if AI simply does not exist or, worse, as if it is something students should avoid.
    We are not taught anything meaningful about AI, data tools, automation, or how modern companies actually operate today. There are no discussions about how AI is reshaping marketing, finance, or management. No exposure to real tools, no guidance, no preparation for the reality graduates will face the moment they enter the job market.
    What makes this even more disappointing is that students are discouraged, and sometimes outright refused, from using AI in any form. Instead of teaching us how to use these tools responsibly, ethically, and professionally, the approach is simply to ban them. This mindset ignores the fact that AI is already a core requirement in many companies worldwide. Graduating without understanding it puts students at a serious disadvantage.
    The result is an education that feels disconnected from reality. While the world is moving forward, this university is standing still, teaching methods and content that belong to the past. It doesn’t prepare you for modern careers, and it doesn’t encourage innovation or adaptability. If anything, it trains students to think in outdated ways that do not match today’s market.
    A university should prepare students for the future, not isolate them from it. Unfortunately, my experience here made me feel like I was being taught how to fall behind rather than how to grow. Anyone considering this university should be fully aware of this gap before making a decision.

    When I first joined Ahram Canadian University, I was genuinely motivated and hopeful. I had clear goals and a strong interest in building a future in business and marketing. I believed that studying at a university would give me the practical skills, exposure, and confidence needed to succeed in the real world. Unfortunately, after spending four years there, I’ve come to realize that choosing this university was a decision that negatively affected my original ambitions.
    One of the biggest disappointments was the academic content. Most of the material felt outdated and heavily focused on theory, with very little connection to how business and marketing actually work today. Classes relied on memorization rather than application, and there were almost no practical projects, real case studies, or hands-on experiences. By the time I reached my final year, I felt that I had learned concepts on paper, but not the skills required to compete in the job market.
    The overall learning environment was also discouraging at times. Interactions with some university staff were often cold or dismissive rather than supportive. Asking for help or clarification could feel uncomfortable, which made it harder to feel encouraged or valued as a student. A university should guide and support its students, but that was not always the case here.
    Administrative organization was another ongoing issue. Simple processes such as registration, schedules, or academic inquiries were unnecessarily confusing. Information was often unclear or inconsistent, forcing students to spend a lot of time trying to understand procedures instead of focusing on their education and personal development.
    Throughout my years at the university, many students, including myself, experienced repeated problems related to grades and academic procedures. In several cases, grades were not reflected accurately, and resolving these issues took far longer than it should have. These recurring problems created a sense of uncertainty and added financial and emotional pressure, especially when delays affected academic progress.
    Looking back now, I feel a deep sense of regret about my choice. Instead of graduating with confidence and relevant skills, I found myself needing to relearn many things on my own after finishing my degree. I would strongly encourage prospective students, especially those with clear career goals, to research carefully and think twice before making a decision. I truly wish I had known these realities earlier.

My time here has been incredibly frustrating, and there are a few major issues I really need to get off my chest.Stuck in the Past: Outdated Curriculum & Zero Practical SkillsLet’s start with the academics. The curriculum here at Ahram Canadian University feels like it’s from another era. It’s so incredibly outdated that I genuinely don’t see how it’s preparing any of us for the real job market. Everything is theoretical – and I mean everything. We spend hours in lectures, absorbing information, but there’s hardly any practical application, no hands-on workshops, nothing that actually teaches you how to do things. It’s a huge gap between what we learn and what employers actually need, and it’s frankly worrying.The Unacceptable Attitude of University StaffThen there’s the way some of the university officials treat students. It’s just plain rude, to be honest. You’d expect a certain level of professionalism and helpfulness, but what you often get is dismissiveness and a lack of respect. It makes approaching them for help or even just basic inquiries incredibly difficult and often unpleasant. This kind of environment doesn’t make you feel supported; it makes you feel like an inconvenience.A Maze of Disorganization: The Administrative NightmareAnd don’t even get me started on the administrative system. It’s a complete mess. Trying to find basic information, like course schedules or registration details, feels like a treasure hunt where all the clues are hidden in different, unrelated places. You end up wasting so much time and energy just trying to navigate the bureaucracy, time that should be spent on studying or other productive activities. It’s chaotic, frustrating, and frankly, unacceptable for a university.Troubling Allegations: Obstruction and Financial BurdenPerhaps the most disturbing aspect, and something many students talk about, are the clear attempts to make students fail courses. It sounds harsh, but there have been so many instances where students, myself included, have had issues with grades not being accurately reflected, even with solid proof. It really makes you wonder if there’s a deliberate strategy to delay graduations, forcing students to pay for extra semesters or retake classes. If true, this is a serious breach of trust and puts an immense financial and emotional strain on students.My Regrettable ConclusionSo, to sum it all up, my transfer to Ahram Canadian University has been a source of deep regret. The combination of an irrelevant education, disrespectful staff, administrative chaos, and these troubling allegations of deliberate obstruction has created an environment that’s just not conducive to learning or personal growth. If you’re a prospective student, please, please consider these serious issues before making a decision. I truly wish I had known all this beforehand.
