I have studied in many different country (Law), did my bachelors in France and Germany, Masters in the Netherlands (Leiden), and PhD in Brussels, Belgium. All my experiences were amazing, then I came to Aarhus for my postdoc and regret it ever since. Forget all the clichés you have about Denmark (bikes, polite people, culture), it’s probably true in Copenhagen but certainly not in Aarhus. The university has nice programmes but not the Law Faculty, which is part of Aarhus Business School. Most of my fellow students regret not being in Copenhagen or anywhere else in Europe (appart from the Danish students who love their city but haven’t seen anything else than Denmark and consider it the best place in the world).
