Knowledgable and Passionate teachers

I have had an incredibly enriching experience studying psychology at UNYP. The key aspect for me is the quality of the faculty—our professors are both passionate about their fields and bring a depth of knowledge that genuinely enhances each course. They often do some super exciting research in the designated field, which they also teach, and they have a lot of first-hand practice and experience. Their enthusiasm is contagious, and they know how to keep lectures engaging and informative, making learning here a genuinely enjoyable experience.

I feel that I am gaining so much from my time here, with each class adding to my skills and knowledge in ways that are directly relevant to my goals. However, one small area for improvement would be the relevance of some mandatory courses. At times, certain subjects feel repetitive or not entirely aligned with the focus of my degree. Considering that it’s a paid program, I would love to see more streamlined coursework directly applicable to each student’s chosen path. On the other hand, I understand that meeting the requirements for both European and American psychology degrees must be challenging, especially given the different state laws and specific accreditation standards involved. However, for me, the occasional repetitiveness or out-of-focus subjects are the only issues I can think of.

Overall, though, I am grateful to be part of such a dynamic learning environment where I’m consistently challenged and inspired. I highly recommend UNYP to anyone looking to study in a setting that values academic excellence and personal growth.
