The facilities and location on campus are fantastic. The staff is friendly and extremely well-informed. The class has enthusiastic, sociable students. An excellent location for studying overall. It’s really amazing to be here.

Upon my arrival to Prague first word that crossed my mind was fairytale. The city with castles, bridges and magical streets does not disappoint students a bit. Charles University is the big part of this tale, students enjoy great location, people with various backgrounds, interesting lectures. Every tale has villain and for me Czech villain was language itself and barriers that it arises. Nevertheless, being part of the fairytale means you learn to be your own version of main character.

Charles University is one of the Oldest Universities in the World. It is a great place to study and Prague it’s definitely an amazing city. Every faculty it’s like a totally different university on its own. I was part of the Faculty of social sciences. Everything was perfectly organised except some specific lectures – but this was a rare occasion. The MA in Geopolitics is taught by renowned academics and practitioners in the field! Wide range of optional courses too. While i was studying there (21-23) the campus was temporarily moved to Nove Butovice as the original site is being renovated. But everything was fine.

Charles university in the Czech Republic is an outstanding university in the whole country. I have some bad experience here but as an over all it is no doubt a great opportunity to study here and get the knowledge.

I would like to say this is the best university with the highest education level I am grateful for spending my life study a good university degree at this place it has helped me gain skills and level Upas a person.

Charles University was my first exposure to abroad universities. I am doing my Master’s in Gender Studies at the Faculty of Humanities. My studies started at the same time as COVID began. It was a difficult time because I also had mental health issues. However, it became easier to deal with because of all the supportive and empathetic professors. All the professors are approachable, and discussions in class have been very diverse. I wish I could go back in time and do my graduation from here.

I think everything is good, people are friendly, the teachers were serious, classes were on point. Student life was excellent .for me the university’s location was not good at all, it was from my place. The internationality was not bad, since I’m from Egypt, I didn’t face a lot of problems, I felt welcomed.

It’s one of the highest quality universities in Europe and it’s free – what more could you want? As the programme is in English, it is accessible to international students and therefore widens its diversity. There’s such a broad variety of subjects and you can really focus on whatever you find interesting. Not to mention the amazing expertise of the teachers there!
