York University is underrated.

Overall, York has a worse reputation than it deserves. The life science programs have really improved, and our facilities are top-notch. We have been recruiting incredible researchers, including Canada Research Chairs, and they have been some of the best Professors I’ve had. Overall, York is a pretty good school.
