After I went to music school in Chile, I decided to hone my skills as a Project Manager so I could start my own business with music. I enrolled in the International Business Management program in CICCC. I felt the community was very business oriented and that was nice. Some classes like Business Communication and Project Management were very inspirational, helping me learn how to become a better leader and how to communicate my ideas with more clarity. I didn’t like that sometimes there were subjects that had no clear direction and I could tell the teacher didn’t know that much about them. But overall, it was a good experience that also allowed me to find work in different industries, like retail and entertainment. The Co-Op experience was algo great.
View moreI studied the Customer Relation Specialist program at Cornerstone College in Vancouver during 2022–2023. It was a great learning experience overall. One of the highlights of my time there was learning from Martin, one of my instructors. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and always supportive. His classes were engaging and made the learning process enjoyable.
The program was focused on real-world skills that helped me improve my communication and customer service abilities. The small class sizes made it easier to ask questions and get personalized feedback. I also appreciated the diversity of the student community. One area for improvement could be offering more internship or hands-on opportunities. Overall, I recommend this college to international students looking for practical and career-oriented education.
