I studied the Customer Relation Specialist program at Cornerstone College in Vancouver during 2022–2023. It was a great learning experience overall. One of the highlights of my time there was learning from Martin, one of my instructors. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and always supportive. His classes were engaging and made the learning process enjoyable.

The program was focused on real-world skills that helped me improve my communication and customer service abilities. The small class sizes made it easier to ask questions and get personalized feedback. I also appreciated the diversity of the student community. One area for improvement could be offering more internship or hands-on opportunities. Overall, I recommend this college to international students looking for practical and career-oriented education.
