I have had an excellent experience with both the tutor and the facilities that supported me in my Computer Science major. The tutor has been incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and approachable, always making sure that complex concepts are explained in a way that is clear and easy to understand. They not only focused on theory but also emphasized practical applications, which helped me build real confidence in programming, algorithms, and problem-solving. Their guidance has made a noticeable difference in my academic growth and motivation.
The facilities provided have also been outstanding. The labs are well-equipped with up-to-date computers and software, allowing me to practice coding in different environments and work on projects effectively. Access to online resources, study spaces, and technical support has been a huge advantage, especially when tackling challenging coursework. The learning environment is well-organized, and the staff is always supportive, ensuring that students have everything they need to succeed.
Overall, I feel grateful for the quality of support I’ve received. The combination of excellent tutoring and reliable facilities has made my experience in the Computer Science major both enriching and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this program to anyone considering the field.
I like the fact that the school has a small community, which makes it easier to connect with peers and get involved in activities. As a computer science student there, I would say that the professors in the CS department are bad and the classes are really tough, often requiring a lot of extra study time and outside resources just to keep up. While this makes the program challenging, it can also feel discouraging because students don’t always get the support they need.
View moreI rated the university 4 out of 5 because it has everything that makes a school wonderful. The students and teachers are warm and welcoming. Likewise the city. The facilities are top notch. The learning and living experience as well. It is an all round great place to study and live. I rate it short of excellence because nothing is perfect and it is located in a city that is cold 10 months in a year, 6 of those months in frozen condition. Still, it is livable, you just need to keep warm.

View moreThroughout my experience attending the University of Regina, I have developed a love-hate relationship with it. The main things I can appreciate about the school are the price and safety. However, the student services are not helpful, and most students have little to no social life. I would recommend the University of Regina if the person were looking for a school with a reasonable price point. However, if a prospective student were looking for a party school the University of Regina is not a good fit.
