Likes: The community is small. The students here are very nice and welcoming. Because of the small campus, it is easier to make connections with your professors because you become a familiar face to them. not a number.

Dislikes: Not many things to do on campus. If you are looking for a party school or a lively social atmosphere, this school isn’t it. This is a commuter school, which means that most people will just go home after classes.

The University of Toronto is a very large, international school. Due to its size and location being spread all throughout the city, each person has a different experience. This could be due to their programs, where they live, and the people they meet. Personally, my first year was great. I have thrived in my biology program and even though it was online, I was able to meet many people. The only downside would be that it is a little difficult to get help or guidance because the school is so big.
