Upei is a very average school, the classes themselves are good, but most professors don’t really care about what’s best for the students. the university it’s self is pretty nice with some new buildings but the parking is terrible.

Upei is located on a small island that allows student to avoid distractions and focus on our study.
Unlike other large universities in big cities and with a lot of distraction . Upei is also small and allows a one on one interaction with faculty members

UPEI lacks in providing opportunities in not only education but careers as well. However, the area is very safe and quiet and is perfect for those who like small towns. I wouldn’t recommend it lightly.

I am a student of UPEI majoring in Food and nutrition and so far it has been a lovely experience. The staff and student body is very welcoming and the classes are quite interactive. There are also a lot of international students on campus, extracurricular activities and unions to partake in. The accommodation at UPEI is also amazing with different halls to choose from. I could literally go on but all in all, it’s an awesome school.

I love how fun and creative the biology major at UPEI is. The professors are great and the community is just amazing. I came in wondering how I was going to make new friends and blend in but everything seemed to play out really well, the staff and student community are really welcoming. I’d recommend the University of Prince Edwards Island any day.
