The overall experience is good, except obviously hugely affected by the pandemic and shutdown. I am lucky enough to have predominately excellent professors who were very concerned about their students. But Carleton’s undergraduate-level classes, at least for my majors, are more theoretically-based. Personally, I prefer a more experiential and interactive class style. The co-op program is well-regulated. The employers are generally responsible. But as an international student, it is sometimes quite difficult to find a job. So better to start applying for openings from the very start.
