Sofia university ST. Kliment Ohridski
speciality: English Language & Literature

Studying Lifestyle Journalism at Sofia University has been a truly valuable and inspiring experience. The program allow students to explore journalism, media, communication, and contemporary lifestyle topics in a creative and engaging way. I particularly appreciate the opportunity to develop my writing, critical thinking, and communication skills while learning from experienced lecturers. The program has helped me become more confident, curious, and open-minded, and has given me a broader perspective on the media industry. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is passionate about writing, communication, and storytelling and media studies.

This university is the leading one in Bulgaria, as it offers a variety of classes and majors that ultimately have proven to be extremely beneficial to its graduates. Personally, I can say that the English Philology Department has left me much more curious than I was in the beginning of my university carrer and it definitely feeds this hunger for additional knowledge. In the three years I’ve been attending I’ve learned a vast amount of information in detail regarding grammar, syntax, academic writing, literature, etc that I doubt I would have anywhere else in Bulgaria. Overall, I definitely recommend this BA programme, as well as all of the other language specializations!
