It has many professors but places a heave emphasis on practical content for healthcare fields. If you don’t seek opportunities outside your own field, you’ll enter the market crawling. But overall, the teaching methodology is good, as i said, it has qualified professors amd is far superior to other similar colleges in the city. The classroom structure at my health sciences campus was perfect, and i use it as a benchmark against the best college in the state that i attended before and after joining UNP, and i can confirm that UNP has a better structure. One aspect i fell is lacking is the incentive for reserach development; professors are too focused on giving as many classes as possible to increase their salary and become incapable of guidind students. In this sense, UNP could improve and hire professors specifically for mentoring, with a compatible salary, who can teach few classes and commit to research that benefits the world as a whole.
She tends to dismantle the teaching staff over time, and this significantly harms the quality of the courses. The best teachers cost more, so they have to rotate them. There should be a better ombudsman system because a few teachers do not act ethically and continue to perform their duties without punishment but these are rare cases.
