As a graduate student of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, I can clearly see how this prestigious institution offers numerous opportunities for its students to grow in their careers. However, in recent years, the infrastructure of UFRJ has been declining, with many issues related to the safety of buildings and temperature control during extremely hot days (which is very common in Rio). Despite these structural challenges, we have a strong team of professionals working here, which is crucial for students’ development. The Federal University of Rio de Janeiro is one of the best higher education institutions in Latin America, and its dedicated professionals are what make that possible
