Yes, I recommend UFC. It’s a place to expand your knowledge and experience, with qualified professors and a well-structured curriculum. The downside is that, when I studied there a few years ago, I had professors who were scientists and, because they were scientists, they had little teaching ability.
View moreI joined UFC in 2024, so before that I don’t know exactly what it was like, but when I started I felt a certain comfort being there. All the professors are competent and enjoy teaching, and are happy to help. I also found many people with similar interests and didn’t feel very out of place. The quality of the classes is excellent; they’re difficult, but the professors explain things in a way that makes them relatively easy, which demonstrates UFC’s international recognition.
View moreMy experience at the university was, overall, positive. I had contact with highly qualified professors who truly mastered the subject matter, which made a significant difference in my learning. Furthermore, the university offers good opportunities for those who want to develop themselves, whether through projects, research, or extracurricular activities.
On the other hand, not everything is perfect. At times, I felt the lack of better organization, especially regarding internal communication and the administrative side, which can sometimes be a bit bureaucratic and slow.
Even so, I believe the experience is worthwhile. It’s an environment that demands effort, but also provides personal and professional growth. I would recommend the university, especially to those willing to take advantage of the opportunities it offers.
View moregreat university, great research and extension projects. also gave me an opportunity to study abroad in france for a year of exchange because of a partnership with a french university.
the only bad thing i have to say is some of the teacher could be better and more compromised.
Well, the university as a whole is fine. The physical infrastructure could be better, but I understand that this is a common issue in public universities in Brazil. As for the course, Systems and Digital Media, it has a great concept, but poor execution, as it fails to fulfill its goal of developing the hybrid systems and media professional it proposes.
