A disruptive university, but without investment
The Federal University of Bahia (UFBA) is a diverse and multifaceted university. Its campuses are distributed between the urban context of Salvador and the interior of Bahia, which brings plurality to the academic debate. It is an old university that preserves tradition and avant-garde in harmony. I study in a department that has resources, which makes the experience privileged. I feel that I learn a lot with a gaze that leans heavily on the classics with a strongly decolonial critique of the territory. The university is also a place for network articulation. Therefore, I believe that I build bridges for my future professional life with every syllabus or encounter in the corridors.
