at Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul - UFRGS

It is a federal university, completely free, which is a very positive point for people who cannot afford a private college. In my course I think the curriculum could be improved, I study Theater at university. The infrastructure is generally precarious, in some university buildings they need urgent renovation. Education is public and of good quality, a very important fact.
