at Artevelde University of Applied Sciences

I really enjoyed my time at Artevelde University of Applied Sciences. I worked hard during my studies, but I also genuinely enjoyed my time there. The programme gave me many opportunities to grow, discover my strengths and, most importantly, find out who I am and what I want to do.

I appreciated the variety of courses, the international focus and the teachers who made many of my classes enjoyable. The international aspect of the programme was especially valuable. My year abroad really brought this to life: I had the opportunity to study in South Korea and complete an internship in Spain, experiences that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

Of course, like any student, I noticed some flaws and had a few less enjoyable experiences along the way. But looking back, the positive experiences far outweigh the downsides. I met my two best friends during my time at Artevelde, had a lot of fun and grew both personally and professionally.

I am also very grateful for the support I received from Stuvo, especially from Ann-Marie Van Noten, who was a great help with questions regarding finances, study allowances and navigating the practical side of student life.

I walk away from Artevelde with a lot of love and appreciation for the school and the people I met there. It was much more than simply getting a degree, it was an important part of my journey to becoming the person I am today.
