I like to think life is a series of journeys, and studying at the University of Melbourne is one of the most rewarding. The university fits seamlessly into this path. Firstly, the communication at Melbourne is exceptional—for instance, when I faced issues with funding, the staff responded within just two hours. Secondly, the university offers incredible freedom to explore interests. For example, I’m part of the Student Ambassador Team, one of many ways to engage and express myself in the community. However, like anything, Melbourne has its drawbacks. The biggest issue for me is the classroom setup—uncomfortable chairs and limited desk space for my belongings. In conclusion, while the University of Melbourne has minor issues, they’re manageable, and the many advantages far outweigh the disadvantages.
