USYD have high level of openness and freedom environment for student to conduct academic study, they provide extensive services for individuals to ensure they have comfortable situations of study, with a wide range of student services and activities can largely meet the basic academic needs of students, At the same time,USYD is a university with a multicultural environment. Students come from different countries, different cultures, and different religions which causing great uncertainty in the quality assurance of services. Based on this case, I recommand improve with furthur classified services and provide services that are more tailored to individual needs, but this could cause more cumbersome review steps and time costs, that it is not a urtimate solutions, in fact this is an on going problems and challenge that USYD needs to be constantly updated and improved based on the actual situation.
