Not what I was expecting
Monash University seemed super prestigious before I got into my course. I had an alumni mentor who spoke about all these wonderful opportunities such as counseling services, social networking, job prospects etc. Moreover, my parents really urged me to go to Monash specifically because they also envisioned it to be an outstanding institution.
However, once I got into the university. Those opportunities were lacking. This may be due to the pandemic during 2020-2021.
