As a Monash University student, I’m excited and content with the internship and work placement opportunities that provide real-world experience and industry connections. The quality of education is exceptional, with dedicated faculty and innovative learning resources. The university’s commitment to student well-being is evident through comprehensive support services, enhancing the overall academic experience. The vibrant student life and numerous extracurricular activities further contribute to personal growth and development.

As a student at Monash University, my experience has been a mix of positive and negative aspects. On the positive side, I have had the opportunity to engage with a diverse and inclusive community. Monash prides itself on its diverse student body, which has allowed me to learn from individuals with different backgrounds and experiences. The campus facilities are modern and well-maintained, providing an excellent environment for both academic and social activities. The university also offers a wide range of extracurricular activities and clubs, enhancing my overall university experience outside of the classroom.
However, there have been some negatives as well. Monash is known for its large student population, and at times, this can lead to overcrowded lecture halls and limited one-on-one interactions with professors. The administration can sometimes be slow in responding to student concerns or feedback. Additionally, the workload in some courses can be quite demanding, which can be overwhelming for students trying to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Despite these downsides, I believe that Monash has provided me with a well-rounded educational experience. The positives, such as the diverse community, state-of-the-art facilities, and numerous extracurricular options, have allowed me to grow academically, socially, and personally.

Monash university is a great university to peruse higher education at. It has a wide range of student services as well as facilities to help students maximise their time at university.
The quality of education is also good and staff are usually helpful with enquires.

Monash University is easily one of the most reputable cities in the world. I am proud to be a student at this university as well as soon to be a Monash Mentoring leader. Some of the highlighting features of Monash is its coursework. While the coursework can be challenging at times, the tutors try their best to prepare you for a practical future. Overall, doing so ensures students are fully geared to meet the 21st-century industry requirements to a higher standard. I definitely recommend the university for students with a self-motivated drive to success, as well as students seeking a challenge to move away from their comfort zone.

Monash university is ranked among the top 50 in the world and for a reason – Monash University offers highest quality of education to its students. In my own personal experience studying at the Monash, I have found the teaching team – Professors and tutors – to be extremely helpful. They actually want you to succeed and will make every effort possible on their end to make sure you have all you need to do well academically.
One thing that I would like to see improved is the student support services on campus. Career center does not help much even though they arrange for ‘too many’ career workshops but offer little support, and Monash connect at times does not respond to queries in a timely way and sometimes don’t even offer much support to students.
Overall, I like the university and would recommend to anyone aiming to receive best quality of education.

The courses are rich, with good resources and facilities. However, in some courses, the tutors read from the text in class, and students read the PPT directly as well, lacking practical work. Needs to be improved.

In my opinion, studying at Monash is one of the best experiences that I had in my life. There are all people from all around the world coming from all walks of life.
I’m really grateful and glad that I got this opportunity to connect with many different people from different countries getting to know their culture. It is my dream to travel the world, and at Monash I’m already getting a glimpse of it. I think, it is essential to meet people from different countries as it opens up your mind to different ways of living and thinking but it also prepares you to step in the economy which is very global and connected in this day and age.

The degree matched its expectation and was in line with goals set before starting the degree. The most important aspect of the degree was to build the latest skills in my domain and be able to interact with the industry. Both of these were well provided by the university. Would definitely recommend it to others.
