Pursuing the Master’s degree in Quality Engineering at UTN was a very enriching experience, both personally and professionally. It allowed me to broaden my understanding of organizational management and grasp the importance of quality and continuous improvement, concepts I also consider fundamental in Human Resources management. I especially value the exchange of experiences with highly qualified professors, some with an international perspective, and professionals from diverse disciplines, who enriched my training and provided me with new insights for my professional practice.
