    • IE University - Diploma Mill

IE University attempts to market itself as a groundbreaking institution, a place where education is reimagined and reinvented. However, my experience as a first-year BBA student there has painted a wholly different picture – one of academic deception, low standards, and a hollow educational experience. IE University, in its pursuit of 'innovation', allows all examinations to be conducted on laptops, often allowing open-book tests. While this approach might be hailed as forward-thinking, it's turned the institution into an open playground for academic dishonesty. With most students resorting to dubious means such as group chats on WhatsApp, using AI chatbots like ChatGPT, and even deploying software to bypass browser restrictions, the academic integrity of IE University is in dire straits. Even worse, some students outsource their tests to external parties. This isn't just an issue amongst a small group of rogue students; the malpractice has permeated across all levels and departments of the university, putting a question mark over the credibility of its degrees. Despite spending a fortune on promotional campaigns to brand itself as a revolutionary educational institution, the reality is quite the opposite. The academic rigor is ridiculously low, and students are not adequately challenged. The workload is remarkably light compared to other institutions, and the learning curve is far from steep. An ex-professor even confessed to me about being explicitly instructed to make his courses less demanding than those at other universities. This deliberate dilution of academic standards raises concerns about the skills and knowledge that students will carry into their careers post-graduation. The culture and environment fostered by the aforementioned problems have created an uninspiring and unsatisfying place for individuals who value genuine learning. Students seeking intellectual growth and academic rigor will find themselves disheartened in an environment where cheating is rampant and coursework is unchallenging. The spirit of competition, the thrill of overcoming intellectual challenges, the quest for knowledge, and the joy of collaborative learning are all absent in this setting. This results in an environment that not only lacks authenticity but also fails to prepare students for the competitive and demanding professional world. In light of these glaring issues, prospective students must reconsider their decision to attend IE University. As an educational institution, it falls short on multiple fronts. Until IE University addresses these problems, it will remain a diploma mill, offering degrees of questionable value, as long as you pay.

    • Very professional

IU International University of Applied Sciences stands out as a highly professional and modern institution that seamlessly integrates academic rigor with cutting-edge digital infrastructure. The university's web application is particularly impressive, featuring a sleek, intuitive interface that makes navigating course materials remarkably straightforward. Whether accessing modules via desktop or mobile, the platform delivers a consistently smooth experience with responsive design and logical organization. The learning modules themselves are thoughtfully structured, combining high-quality video content, interactive materials, and practical exercises in a self-paced format. What distinguishes the experience is the attention to professional detail—technical stability is reliable, content feels current and academically robust, and the overall presentation maintains a polished, premium feel throughout. This creates an environment where students can focus entirely on learning rather than grappling with cumbersome technology. Overall, IU successfully delivers a flexible, high-quality education that accommodates busy schedules without compromising on academic standards or user experience.

    • Disappointed with Delays and Poor Communication

I’m currently a student at IU University of Applied Sciences and have been really frustrated with how the university handles grading. Even after sending reminders, I’ve still not received my grade on time - this has happened more than once, and I know I’m not the only one. A lot of students are facing the same issue, which makes it clear this isn’t just a one-off problem. For a university that charges high tuition fees and expects everything from students to be done on time, it’s pretty disappointing that they don’t hold themselves to the same standard. Communication with the examination team is slow or nonexistent, and it feels like we’re being ignored. The course content itself is decent, and the online platform is convenient - but when the admin side is this unreliable, it really takes away from the overall experience. I wouldn’t recommend IU unless they seriously improve how they handle student support and communication.

    • The best university in the world

My experience with IU is very wonderful and exceptional. The learning process is smooth and easy especially for online students and the exams are well tailored to test your knowledge on what you have been learning. It is quite great indeed.

    • EU Business School: A Launchpad for Success

I'm thrilled to share my experience at EU Business School. The professors are industry experts who bring real-world insights to the classroom. The classes are interactive and engaging, with a focus on practical applications. I've achieved amazing things, including internships, networking opportunities, and launching my own business project. The campus life is vibrant, with a diverse community of students from around the world. Overall, EU Business School has given me the skills, confidence, and network to pursue my entrepreneurial dreams. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a business education that truly prepares you for the real worldworld.

    • Disorganized, Low Standards, and No Refunds

If you are interested in attending a very disorganized school (I was passed between 5 different counsellors my first month, received emails only directed towards Masters students, asked 5 times if I had arrived on campus after I attended my first to days of classes) with super basic education, staff with limited english fluency, teachers who doesn't know if we need to bring calculators, notes or pens to test, small classes with 10-15 people sleeping through classes, cheating through tests with Chat sitting one foot from each other, tests similar to kindergarten levels, correctly handed in tests which is automatically corrected incorrectly (teacher admitted this on several occasions), a school that gives you zero motivation to study, then EU Business School is the perfect school for you. Worth noting, this school does NOT have a good reputation in Barcelona or among other schools in Barcelona. My initial concerns began before I enrolled in my programme. When you’ve been accepted, you pay a fee which later on will be deducted from the two coming semester fees. After one semester, I realized that I had no intentions of returning. Therefore, I requested a refund on the part which would be deducted from the coming fee, unfortunately not possible. I read a similar review about a student who couldn't enroll because of trouble with his residence permit. He paid the tuition fees but couldn't enter the country. I thought it was bullshit, but now I’m sure that guy didn't get a penny back. When addressing my concerns with the school, their take was to ignore my emails. Great to leave on good terms. To summarize, EU Business School owes me money, it’s not worth a penny unless you wish to be surrounded by people who sleep and cheat their way through university studies. I’ll happily try to convince anyone not to go to this school. Send me an email.
