The university Rafael Belloso Chacín is a university that despite being private the training of its students seems excellent to me. It is a university with a very pleasant atmosphere to study, it is located in the center of the city of Maracaibo and the facilities are of comfort. It offers different careers to study, making it a very good option for anyone interested in starting higher studies.

University with old material

UTM teaches old materials in the IT field, every day this world is developing and UTM all but not so fast that the technologies that appear every day. There is too much material in the study program that takes a lot of time to study, and students fail to understand normally the field they are taught.
