Its ok

The overall experience was ok. Yet I dont feel that it was worth 10k€ a year for what I received. Starting from repetitive classes in each year but with a different name until not having bathrooms for almost 6 months. The quality of the majority of classes was 2/5. The content of the classes was not deep enough to teach you about tools, appliances, ways of solving, what should be taken into consideration. On my 2 last years. I took the exact same class of public relations but named differently. Not even the professor knew what to say any more. I didn’t saw not event one tool that is used in public relations. We analyzed just one case of public relations in the whole semester. And it was a mention not event a full analysis. I do not recommend GBSB. The internships they say the help you with on their webpage its a lie. They do not help you in any way to connect you with no company. They are not event informed in how to help you with the visa.

Worst decision of my life.

I absolutely do not recommend this place and regret giving it a chance in the first place despite all the rumours and media talk. Now I’ve seen it first hand for myself and its beyond anything an outsider can imagine. The university has clearly been setup as a scheme of a quick money grab and not for academic purposes. Almost all professors are unqualified to teach and are simply fillers which has resulted in frequent facility member changes every semester. Basic professionalism, manners, respect are not part of AUM at all. The provosts & staff members will go head to head with students by belittling and disrespecting them. They are unprofessional & disrespectful and cannot handle any questions asked with respect in regards to academic inquires. The university is run with serious homophobia and racism throughout and has gone as far as firing 2 homosexual professors. Some professors have continuously passed on racist, homophobic and sexual commentary to students on multiple occasions during lectures with little to no action taken as students feel scared to approach staff and send complaints. The class syllabus is there for decoration and is a useless piece of paper. Full presidential scholarships are given out like candy to students who do not attend or participate in classes all year around. The careless students are being pardoned by the universities founder from the sadden group as friendships are tired in between. Only a very few students with high GPAs and a high work ethic have received a well deserved full scholarships. Other students have gotten rejected every year for any scholarship application as the full scholarships are favoured to the Jordanian students since the founder is Jordanian. Students have dropped out of the “university” for its lack of professionalism and lack of experience in running an academic place. Its a circus and a fraudulent place. Under 300k euros in profit annual is made by this "international university" by sucking money from students pockets and 14.8 million euros in losses. Ex staff and professors have come forth to some students about the university's behind the scenes treatments and sketchy "plans" and operations. All social media engagement is purchased and promoted in underdeveloped countries in order to take advantage of the less fortunate by selling them fake hopes and dreams. 2019 - 2022 has been nothing short of a nightmare at AUM. If you are serious about your studies and future do not go to this place. Students including myself gave them a chance every semester for improvement and not one stone has been moved. They ask us for feedback and waste our time in meetings only to not acknowledge a thing we've said. I have very few semesters left in this place and cannot leave now unless I get the bachelor's certificate so I do not start from square one when going elsewhere to make up for lost time at this place. You will end up wasting your time, money, energy, mental, and emotional health on people who don’t know how to run anything other than their mouths. Avoid at all costs. I could go on but this is the tamest review about my university experience at AUM.
