As far as universities go I think EU business school comes first in terms of student-staff relationship. Every member of the staff I have encountered has been more than helpful. What i think should improve as even tho its not connected to my previous point is I think the school should have more leniency towards tuition payment specially to international students because we are here despite the challenges of having to find willing banks to exchange local currencies to Euros.
I spent a year with PCA, and I am happy to be done with them. To highlight good things first, there are a handful of individuals at the school who really truly care about the students. The school also does a miraculous job of bringing together talented students from all over the globe. The students alone made the degree worth finishing. Other than that, I can't say much else that is good about PCA. The facilities are not good enough. As you've read already: no heat in the winter, ceiling panels that break and fall during class because of leaks in the ceilings, faulty printers, cramped studio spaces... I was part of the Interior Design Masters Program, and it felt like year one or two of an undergraduate degree. I did not feel challenged (besides my patience), and much of the work that I did for PCA was hijacked by professors with too-strong viewpoints. There is no accountability in regards to grading practices, so students are often graded by the personal preferences of the professor, rather than by the quality of work. For an art school, where creativity is King, this grading procedure is dangerous and counterintuitive. The school makes tons of promises to incoming students but fails every time to make these promises a reality. There is little to no help with finding a job or an internship after school. And CAP students, or students employed by the school, are overworked, underpaid, and disrespected. CAP employment is mandatory for undergrads and optional for grad students. CAP is recommended to students to help offset living costs in an expensive city like Paris, but the school holds 70% or more of your earned money until after you've graduated. Regarding VISA help, the school makes big promises about offering appointments and consultations for all your VISA questions but has a lot of trouble following up. My VISA appointment was cancelled 4 times in a row when my VISA deadline was just 3 weeks away. To prospective undergraduate students, PCA is not where you want to place your effort and love for your work. You will not receive the same treatment in return. To graduate students... pick anywhere else, unless you want to be treated like a child rather than the accomplished and talented professional you are.

My experience at the University of Uyo was a mixed bag. On the plus side, I loved the sense of community and camaraderie among students. The lecturers in my department were knowledgeable and supportive, and I appreciated the opportunities for research and personal growth. However, I struggled with several issues. The hostel facilities were not ideal, and one major concern was the no-cooking policy in the hostels, which was quite challenging for many students. Additionally, there were times when administrative processes felt slow and bureaucratic. Another major concern was the high billing system, which felt excessive at times. Furthermore, I felt that the curriculum focused too much on theoretical aspects, leaving us somewhat unprepared for real-life practical issues. The infrastructure and facilities in some areas of the campus were also inadequate and outdated. Overall, I'd say UNIUYO has its strengths and weaknesses, but it was a valuable experience that helped me grow as a person and a professional.
Akwa Ibom State University is one of the prestigious institution in Nigeria. The University has shaped thousands of grads into world impacting leaders and mentors in their respective field. It has through through highly intelligent lecturers ascertain the transfer of knowledge meaningfully. But, I must say, there are also some slack to the functionality. The University follows a defined curriculum which every year, same things, same way, same courses were taught in the same classroom. It doesn't give chance to keep track of new discoveries or probably push students to discovering one. Student are more or less pressured to cram and digest when required. There's no avenue to give individual perspective but same thing was given by the lecturers. To the end, if I was the leadership of the University, I would ensure the review of the curriculum give chance to new discoveries and then encourage the students to do something with what they learn even while in school.
