My experience at Ignatius Ajuru University of Education has been a journey of both academic growth and personal development. The university provides a solid foundation in education and computer science, with lecturers who are knowledgeable and willing to guide students. I especially appreciated the practical components of the course, such as the final year project, which allowed me to build real-world applications and understand system design in depth. However, I believe there's still room for improvement in areas like administrative efficiency and communication between departments and students. Delays in approvals and inconsistent feedback can be frustrating, especially when working on critical projects. Despite the challenges, I would recommend the university to prospective students who are passionate about learning and ready to adapt. The environment fosters resilience, and with the right mindset, you can gain a lot from your time here.
The University of Port Harcourt pretty much shaped me in many ways than one. It brought out the good side, the active side, the fun side and the daring side of me. It was a wonderful experience overall and it is a school I would definitely recommend.

I think Rivers State University is a nice university that I will definitely recommend to people because they create the right avenue for learning, but an aspect I see as a downside is the fact that they do not exactly teach some departments their core courses till around the third or fourth year. Asides that, I think the university is fine.
