The university Rafael Belloso Chacín is a university that despite being private the training of its students seems excellent to me. It is a university with a very pleasant atmosphere to study, it is located in the center of the city of Maracaibo and the facilities are of comfort. It offers different careers to study, making it a very good option for anyone interested in starting higher studies.
