Skip John Naisbitt

Back then (in my student days) John Naisbitt University was Megatrend University. I graduated from Faculty of business studies and as years were passing by I realized that quality of lectures, seminars and exams significantly dropped off, to the point where I was aware that it is going to be really difficult to continue with a career. Nowadays employers skip most of CVs with John Naisbitt graduates because they know that quality of their knowledge is weak and working habits are bad. For instance, 8 out of 10 John Naisbitt graduates, including myself got their internship/job because of their relatives, cousins or even friends with influence. Unfortunately, this is the way things are going in Serbia. I would highly recommend for fresh students to skip John Naisbitt University because private universities in Serbia are not being controlled by the government and their goal is just to "produce" graduates. However, faculties of the Belgrade University and the University of Novi Sad give really strong basis to graduates and employers around the world know that these students got their marks by hard work and commitment.

Big environment but hard to find opportunities

It's a great university with a stimulating environment, but the lack of organization at times creates a feeling of hopelessness and lack of motivation. Despite the opportunities available, such as Erasmus, conferences, and supplementary courses, there's little awareness and limited interest from professors in conveying passion. Student organizations offer little support, which negatively impacts students. It would be desirable to increase meeting opportunities to better develop ideas and suggestions, also to effectively convey the message to decision-makers and keep them informed.

Birthplace of Kings and Queens

Covenant University is a birthplace for Kings and Queens, it is a top class university in West Africa and top 3 in Nigeria. I loved the serene, modest and impactful environment. We were thought how to dress, speak, act and address people and our community in general. The university environment is very pleasing as compared to other universities in my country. Some things I didn’t like about the university were some strict policies which as growing adults would pose as a burden. This include the extreme spirituality, limited time to one’s personal growth e.t.c. Covenant University is a 101 % recommendation for me as a choice in tertiary education.

Very helpful teachers/staff

This school was very good and helpful, I wanted to graduate quickly and they have helped me achieve this, they gave me advice and opportunities and they were checking in on my progress. Very motivating to be surrounded by the staff.
