This university is the main institution of public higher education dedicated to the training of teachers. It is an excellent university since it has different careers as an integral education teacher, technical drawing teacher, chemistry teacher, biology teacher, math teacher, English teacher and many more. This university is important because it trains future teachers who will educate future students. It should be noted that this university has eight offices in different parts of the country.

UPEL is a university offering undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral degrees. Based on training mainly the population that wishes to work in the field of education. Despite not being a well-known and demanded university in our state, I can recommend it. At the moment I am doing a postgraduate in Educational Management and until now I have found excellent the form of organization and development that I have had until now. I recommend it without a doubt.
