The University Dr. José Gregorio Hernandez is a little known university or of great fame as other universities of the Zulia. But it is a good choice for those who work and study at the same time. Since it has flexibility of schedules and even nocturnal. And despite being private the costs are accessible to all. So I can recommend it.
