My experience at the University of Zulia, where I studied Pure Physics in the Faculty of Sciences 30 years ago, was profoundly positive and academically challenging. At that time, the university boasted a faculty composed of professors who had completed their postgraduate studies and doctorates in the United States and Europe, which greatly enriched the learning environment.
The rigorous academic standards fostered both personal and intellectual growth, shaping my understanding of physics and critical thinking. Despite the current sociopolitical challenges in the country and the changes in educational standards, I still highly recommend the University of Zulia. It remains one of the best, if not the best, universities in the country.
